We are looking for someone with a strong background in quantity surveying, estimating or commercial management who is ready for the next step in their career.

You may currently be working as a:

- Quantity Surveyor
- Project Quantity Surveyor
- Estimator
- Commercial/Estimating professional

Experience in civil engineering, construction, landscaping, environmental contracting or specialist engineering would be relevant. Experience in water engineering, dredging, river restoration or similar sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.

Key skills and attributes:

- Strong estimating and QS/commercial knowledge
- Good understanding of construction costs and contracts
- Commercially aware with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and take ownership
- Confident communicating with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good IT and Excel skills
- Ambitious and keen to develop
- Practical, collaborative and willing to get involved across the business

Professional qualifications such as RICS, CIOB or equivalent are advantageous but not essential.
