dormakaba is seeking a highly organised Service Scheduler to support our field service operation in Australia.
You will coordinate technician schedules and subcontractors, allocate jobs, manage parts stock, and liaise with customers and technicians to keep service delivery running smoothly.
In this quick-paced role you will prioritise urgent and safety-critical work orders, assist Field Managers with admin tasks and reporting, and ensure accurate updates in our service management system.
