Uniting in Ballarat is seeking a Team Leader to guide a small team working with people experiencing long-term homelessness and complex barriers.
You'll lead outreach, provide supervision, and advocate to secure the support clients need while maintaining a strong team culture.
The role is full time and max-term until March , based in Ballarat, with SCHADS Level 6 and salary packaging.
A adaptable blend of in office and one-day-per-fortnight remote work is available to support work–life balance.
