Travellers Group is seeking a skilled Sous Chef for H2O Restaurant & Bar at Burnett Riverside Hotel, Bundaberg, QLD.
You will work closely with the Head Chef to uphold high standards of food quality, technique and presentation, while mentoring junior staff in a craft-focused kitchen.
The role emphasises scratch-made menus, concept-driven dishes and a calm, productive kitchen culture under the Head Chef and F&B; Services Manager.
Experience in a senior kitchen workplace is preferred.
