Job Description
NSW Health in Newcastle is seeking a Level 3 Occupational Therapist for the Rehabilitation in the Home program.
The role supports patients recently discharged from hospital in the Newcastle area, within a multidisciplinary team delivering person-centred care at home.
Based in Newcastle Community Health Service, you will provide specialist OT services, assess home settings, and collaborate to achieve rehabilitation goals while enabling independence and safety for patients and families.
