Overview
Airswift is currently recruiting 2x Boilermakers for a leading OEM that provides services to the rail, mining and heavy industrial sectors.
Location – Brisbane Western Suburbs
Duration – Casual, up to 3-month contract
Hours - 6am – 3pm Monday to Friday
Rate- $55hr casual
Responsibilities
- Fabrication, welding and structural repairs on heavy equipment and components
- Repair, modify and replace worn or damaged steelwork
- Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
Required Experience
- Cert III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaking/Welding)
- Experience in heavy fabrication, maintenance or industrial environments
- Robust welding and fabrication skills
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Other Requirements
- Driver’s Licence
- Full Australian working rights – Citizen, Permanent Resident
