The Role
As a Senior Stylist at Privé, you are a leader on the salon floor.
You understand that healthy hair is beautiful hair, and that true luxury is about longevity, not quick fixes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional colour, cutting and styling services
- Creating tailored consultations focused on long-term hair & scalp health
- Educating clients on conscious product choices and home care
- Maintaining strong rebooking and retention rates
- Confidently recommending retail aligned with scalp integrity
- Supporting and mentoring emerging stylists and apprentices
- Upholding our elevated service standards
