Public Quarter (Purple Grove Trust & Onicap Trust & Ultivite Trust) in Brisbane CBD is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our busy venue. We offer a balanced work week Monday–Friday and a supportive team focused on service excellence.

You will train staff, monitor productivity, manage inventory, work with chefs to update menus, and uphold health and safety standards. The role demands leadership, resilience, and a long-term commitment.
