Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive HR support across various functions including employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Advise management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- Support performance management initiatives and employee development programs.




- Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures in a fair and consistent manner.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and payroll processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage workload effectively in a hybrid work environment.
