About the role:

We are looking for an experienced retail & trade sales consultant to join our showroom at Pymble. You will use your customer service experience, sales skills and rely on your trade network to help clients bring their visions for their home to life. Your key responsibilities will include:

Meeting and exceeding sales KPIs in both retail and trade

Lead generation and pipeline management in the trade/commercial sector

Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing them proactively and efficiently

Generate sales across all areas, especially in the trade and commercial sectors

Ensuring all customers receive exceptional service





Hone your product knowledge

Assist in merchandising and administrative duties

Assist in tasks given by management

About You:

The ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Experience in furniture retail is preferred but not essential

Ability to work on weekends

Self-motivated, energetic and a positive attitude

Customer service focused mindset with a team player mentality

Responsible individual with discipline and completes task on time

Excellent communication & organisational skills

Punctual and reliable

Computer skills are required, including email, internet use, and data entry.

Confidence using POS systems, Microsoft Office, or similar software.

Ability to learn current computer programs and product systems.
