The ServiceNow Developer will support the design, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications for a Government workplace. The role focuses on delivering reliable, secure, and easy-to-use ServiceNow solutions aligned with Government standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and develop ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request
- Develop workflows, forms, business rules, and UI policies
- Support integrations using REST APIs where required
- Perform unit testing and support system testing activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues
- Maintain technical documentation and follow change management processes
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams




- Ensure solutions comply with Government security and governance standards

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Strong experience with ServiceNow configuration and scripting
- Experience working in ITSM environments
- Understanding of ITIL processes
- Good communication and documentation skills
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD or similar)
- Experience working on Government or large enterprise projects
- Exposure to ServiceNow integrations and reporting
