What are we looking for

n

n
- Proven Senior Chef experience required in a high-end, fine dining kitchen
n
- Cantonese/Mandarin language skills highly regarded
n
- Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
n
- Experience driving quality and consistency, with a passion for a diverse range of food and a keen desire for continuous learning
n
- Ability to ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchens
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
n
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
