About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Data Analyst to join their analytics team, supporting operations primarily focused on the Queenstown market. This role is crucial for gathering, interpreting, and presenting complex real estate data to inform strategic decisions. You will work with large datasets, identify market trends, create visualizations, and provide actionable insights to the sales, marketing, and investment teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and technical skills, with a passion for uncovering patterns in the Eastern Cape property market and driving data-informed strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets related to real estate transactions, market conditions, and property attributes.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the Queenstown property market.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Requirements
