Job Description
Wiseway Logistics is seeking a Customer Services Officer to join our Imports team in Sydney on a full time basis.
You will manage import documentation and coordinate with clients to ensure on-time freight transport, with a focus on the expanding e-Commerce sector.
The role requires at least 1 year in imports coordination, solid data entry and customer service skills, and Mandarin language ability.
Familiarity with Cargowise is preferred, and you will work closely with internal staff to maintain
