Aequra is hiring an experienced HR Advisor to support our People & Culture team across residential aged care facilities, Head Office and Home Care.
You will handle onboarding, employee administration, compliance, reporting and payroll support, helping recruitment and policy implementation.
Ideal candidates hold a tertiary qualification in HR, with robust knowledge of the employee lifecycle and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential.
