PeopleSense by Altius is seeking a Principal Psychologist to lead a team of psychologists delivering clinical and organisational psychology services in NSW.
You will oversee staff, provide supervision, and ensure high standards of care across diverse client needs.
Key duties include delivering evidence-based psychological services, supporting Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling, onsite/critical incident response, and multidisciplinary collaboration with a focus on quality and outcomes.
