Job Description
Ghanda is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Mt Gambier, SA to lead the store team on the shop floor.
You will coach up to 10 team members, drive Ghanda values, and uphold premier store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
You will liaise with Stock Allocator and independently manage stock levels to maximise floor space ROI, while preparing rosters and sales reports to ensure compliance and solid performance.
