Job Description
Bega Group in Smithfield (NSW) seeks an experienced Manufacturing Team Manager to lead safe, effective and high-quality operations.
You will coach teams, drive continuous improvement and uphold safety, quality, GMP, HACCP standards in a 60+ product line setting.
The role requires an afternoon shift roster, 2:00pm–10:00pm, with accountability for production targets, KPIs and a strong safety culture within a team-oriented team.
