Westpac Group in Sydney invites applications for a Head of Business Controls and Monitoring, Home Lending. You will lead the First Line Risk agenda, shaping controls, monitoring and remediation across the end-to-end Home Lending Delivery Unit.

Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll embed risk management in operations, balance customer outcomes with regulatory obligations, and guide a ~30-person team through mortgage origination, assessment, fulfilment and servicing in a complex banking
