I'm Angus Steakhouse is seeking Cooks & Chef who are versed in all sections of the kitchen.

Candidates must have a relevant diploma or equivalent experience as well as at least 1 year or more of work experience.

As a casual Chef, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers as part of a passionate and talented culinary team.

What you’ll be doing

- Prepare high-quality, innovative dishes following established recipes and procedures
- Ensure all food preparation and cooking is carried out to the highest standards of quality and hygiene
- Assist with menu development and provide input on current dish ideas
- Maintain a clean and organised work station
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver meals in a timely manner
- Adhere to all food safety and workplace health and safety regulations

What we’re looking for

- Formal culinary training or equivalent experience as a Chef
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation




- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Current Food Safety Supervisor certification or willingness to obtain
