About the Role

Our client is seeking a compassionate and skilled Special Needs Childcare Provider to offer dedicated support to children with diverse needs in Queenstown . This role requires a sensitive and proactive approach to ensure the safety, well-being, and developmental progress of each child. You will work closely with families and healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans and foster an inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported. Key Responsibilities

- Provide individualized care and support tailored to children with special needs.
- Implement personalized developmental plans and therapeutic activities.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and stimulating environment conducive to each child's needs.
- Monitor and document children's progress, noting any changes or concerns.
- Collaborate with parents, therapists,

Requirements

- Relevant qualification or certification in Special Needs Education or Childcare.

- Excellent communication, empathy, and patience.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
