We’re growing! The Chip Shop by Char Bar is still on the hunt for a motivated Manager to join our leadership team. You’ll work alongside our current Manager, covering opposite shifts to ensure strong leadership and smooth operations across the week.

Manager – The Chip Shop

What you’ll be doing

- Leading and supporting a fun, hardworking team on shift

- Cooking and leading in a fast-paced setting

- Managing daily operations, including staff, service, and customer experience

- Overseeing stock, ordering, and cash handling

- Ensuring food safety and workplace standards are met

- Working closely with the management team to deliver consistent results

What we’re looking for

- Previous hospitality or management experience (fast food or quick service environments)





- Strong leadership and communication skills

- A hands-on approach - you’re not afraid to jump in where needed

- Ability to cook and work under pressure

- Organised, reliable, and able to think on your feet

- Someone who values teamwork and collaboration with other managers
