About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical SEO Specialist to join their digital marketing team in Queenstown . You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance online visibility for our client's digital assets. This role requires a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization techniques, and analytical tools. You will work closely with content creators and web developers to ensure that our online presence is optimized for search engines and effectively reaches our target audience, contributing to overall business growth and digital success.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Develop and implement on-page optimization strategies, including content optimization, meta tag creation, and internal linking.
- Execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building, brand mentions, and local SEO initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and other SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.




- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the content and web development teams to improve SEO performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithm updates and SEO best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role, with a track record of improving organic search rankings.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, content SEO, and local SEO principles.
- Experience with website analytics and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
