EML, based in Brisbane, is seeking a senior Workers' Compensation Claims Specialist to pro-actively manage end-to-end claims in a Self-Insured environment. This permanent full time role offers flexible work from home after probation and a Brisbane office base.
You will coach teammates, escalate where needed, assess liability and recovery under policy, and collaborate with rehabilitation providers to support customers through recovery and return to work.
