Mercy Place Colac in VIC is seeking a Precinct Manager to lead our 107-bed Residential Aged Care Home and 29 ILUs. Permanent full-time, you will oversee operations, clinical services, staff development, and stakeholder liaison to deliver person-centred care and high accreditation standards.

You will bring strong people leadership, budgeting and rostering skills, knowledge of AN-ACC and aged care standards, plus a compassionate, team-oriented approach.
