About the Role: Casual Early Childhood Educators - Sale & Stratford

Tradewind Australia is seeking passionate Casual Early Childhood Teachers and Educators to support Early Learning Centres across Sale and Stratford locations in Gippsland, Victoria. This is a great opportunity to work flexibly across a range of centres, gain valuable experience and build positive relationships with children, families and early learning teams.

- Qualified Early Childhood Teachers with current VIT registration
- Educators with a Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)

Skills and Qualifications:

- Fully completed Early Childhood Teaching qualification with current VIT registration OR Diploma or Cert III in ECE (or ACECQA equivalent recognition)
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Do Food Safely Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Mandatory Reporting for Early Childhood and National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain)

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Passion for Early Childhood Education and Care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Initiative and a willingness to get involved
- Ability to work effectively within different teams and environments
- Sound understanding of the EYLF and Child Safety Standards
- Flexibility to work across all age groups from 0-6 years
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Access to a reliable vehicle to attend shifts is highly preferred
