We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Finance – Capital,



Property & Supply Chain to join our team. In this high-impact strategic role, you will take ownership of deploying our annual ~$0.5b capital investment program, managing the financial performance of ~$2,100 property assets, and driving the commercial direction of our supply chain and fulfillment capabilities.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

Reporting to the Deputy CFO, you will lead a multi-layered team and serve as a trusted commercial partner to senior executive leadership, including the Group CFO, CEO, GM of Supply Chain, and Property Senior Managers. You will lead the capital allocation strategy, manage large-scale cost bases, and establish best-practice governance frameworks to ensure sustainable long-term value creation

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead long-range financial planning, budgets, and forecasts for capital, property, and supply chain portfolios. Proactively monitor performance drivers, establish early warning signals, and drive corrective actions.
- Lead the capital allocation and prioritization framework across the group. Act as the centre of excellence for business case formulation, investment charters, risk appetites, and post-implementation perks tracking.
- Deliver critical commercial evaluation for retail open/closures
