About the Role

As an Enterprise New Business Account Executive - Public Sector, you'll be responsible for winning and launching new Uber for Business customers across the Australian and New Zealand Public Sector. Public Sector is a key emerging growth vertical for Uber for Business in ANZ. This is an opportunity to help build the market from 0 to 1, shaping our go to market strategy, identifying where we can have the greatest impact, and creating the foundations to scale. You'll partner with government and Public Sector organisations to understand their priorities, challenges and mobility needs, and demonstrate how Uber for Business can deliver meaningful value. You'll own the end to end new business sales cycle, from territory planning and pipeline generation through to senior stakeholder engagement, procurement, negotiation and close. We're looking for a driven Enterprise seller with a hunter mindset, strong Public Sector experience and a track record of winning complex new business.

Your Impact

Build and execute a go to market and territory strategy to win new Public Sector customers across ANZ.





Generate and manage a high quality pipeline, with a strong focus on new logo acquisition.

Understand target organisations, their strategic priorities, mobility needs and procurement requirements, and build compelling solutions around them.

Build relationships with senior decision makers, procurement teams and key influencers across complex Public Sector organisations.

Navigate tenders and formal procurement processes to progress Enterprise opportunities from initial engagement through to close.

Partner cross-functionally to remove blockers, launch customers successfully and help refine our Public Sector go to market strategy.

What You'll Need

5+ years in quota carrying B2B Enterprise sales, including 2+ years selling into Australian government and/or Public Sector organisations.

A strong track record of acquiring current Enterprise customers and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
