360 Personnel is seeking a qualified and experienced Boilermaker to join a busy manufacturing workshop in the western Brisbane area. This is a long-term role offering consistent Monday–Friday hours, excellent pay rates, and a supportive team workplace.

Key responsibilities

- Fabrication, welding, and assembly of metal components
- MIG and TIG welding and general fabrication work
- Reading and interpreting workshop drawings
- Operating workshop machinery and hand and power tools
- Assisting with general workshop tasks as required
- Weekly pay
- Supportive and well-established workshop

About you

- Fully qualified Boilermaker (Australian-recognised trade)
- Strong MIG/TIG welding and fabrication experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Mechanically minded and confident using workshop tools
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Stable Monday–Friday hours
