- implement changes that benefit children birth to 13 years-of-age and their families

The Role
The Human Resources Officer implements, monitors, coordinates and supports a broad range of human resources functional areas, services, projects and initiatives with a primary emphasis on payroll administration to support ACECQA's operations.
This role is full-time and fixed term to 30 June 2026 at ACECQA Band 4 ($91,867- $102,446).
About You
To be successful in this role you will need:

- Sound knowledge, skills and experience working in a Public Sector HR environment supported by a qualification or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient user of business and human resources tools and technologies, including Microsoft Office, HR/payroll software, and electronic document management tools.




- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and share relevant information in order to achieve organisational goals.
- Demonstrated ability to confidently present messages in a clear, concise and articulate manner using a variety of written and oral styles.
- Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to identify patterns and relationships and apply solutions to typical problems in a human resources environment.
