Sonder Executive seeks a Factory Manager for a large-scale FMCG site in Sydney's inner south west. You will lead Production, Planning, Sanitation and Warehouse, accountable for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People and Setting.
As a leader of leaders, you will develop Team Managers, manage costs, translate strategy into action, sponsor capital projects and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and food safety standards.
