Otis is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our Sydney-based Legal team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will provide legal and commercial support across Australia, Current Zealand and Pacific Islands, balancing risk with practical business outcomes.

The role reports to the Legal Director and requires reviewing contracts, negotiating terms, and advising on contractual risk. Based in Sydney, 2–5 years PQE in private practice or in-house is preferred.
