What We’re Looking For

- Minimum Tier 1 qualified (RG146 Insurance Broking) – non-negotiable.
- Proven track record in broking, with results to back it up.
- A customer first, natural closer with a hunter's mindset for new business.
- Strong relationship-building skills – clients trust you and follow you.
- Self-motivated, professional, and hungry for growth.
