As the property market continues to evolve, several of our clients are looking to expand their pipelines with strategic hires in Acquisitions. We are currently recruiting Acquisitions Executivesto join growing platforms where you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating and transacting development or investment opportunities.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership to build the pipeline, negotiate deals, and assess market alignment—providing a critical link between research, capital, and development execution.

Key responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate new acquisition opportunities across residential, commercial or industrial sectors
- Conduct site inspections,



feasibility studies and development appraisals
- Prepare and present investment papers for internal approval
- Build networks with agents, landowners, planners and key stakeholders
- Support due diligence, negotiation and transaction close

About you:

- 3+ years of experience in property acquisitions, development or agency
- Strong understanding of the local property market and development landscape
- Highly motivated, with a strong deal mindset and commercial instincts
- Proficient in financial modelling and market analysis
