About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver inclusive learning activities that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
- Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to support children with varying developmental abilities.
- Collaborate closely with special needs educators, therapists, and parents to create individual support plans.
- Facilitate positive social interactions and peer learning among all children.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that respects diversity.




- Monitor and document each child's progress, celebrating achievements and identifying areas for support.

Requirements

- Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education with a specialization in inclusive practices or special needs support.
- Experience working with children with diverse learning needs.
- Knowledge of inclusive education strategies and differentiation techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, parents, and professionals.
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to equitable education.
- Relevant certifications in child safety and development are required.
