Store Manager - Automotive Battery Sales & Installation

We are seeking an additional Store Manager - Retail Sales Battery Sales Assistant for our Upper Mount Gravatt location with an incredible range of products in all Auto, Camping, Motorcycle and Marine categories. You will thrive in a role that is varied. No day is the same, finding solutions to power up all manner of applications to the next. Key responsibilities

Promote a safe and healthy working setting.

Fitting batteries for customers.

About you

Minimum 1-2 years in a busy retail sales role.

General Battery technology knowledge (Desirable).

Experience in battery installation (An advantage) but can be trained.

Excellent communication skills and an upbeat approach.

Good decision making, negotiation and problem solving abilities.

Above average computer skills (Microsoft office & Software platforms).

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Have a 'can do' and positive attitude and be able to work well with employees at all levels.
