About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of materials and finished goods. This critical role, fully remote, will involve coordinating transportation, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations. You will be the central point of contact for carriers, suppliers, and internal teams, optimizing logistics processes from anywhere. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of inbound and outbound logistics, including shipping, receiving, and transportation.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular reconciliation and cycle counts.
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to arrange and track shipments.




- Maintain detailed records of logistics activities, including costs, transit times, and delivery performance.
- Resolve any logistics-related issues or discrepancies promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar supply chain management role.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation modes, and supply chain principles . Proficiency with logistics software and ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication and negotiation abilities, essential for remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting .
