Heidi is redefining healthcare AI by building an earth’s finest AI Care Partner. We seek a hands-on engineer to build and operate the infrastructure behind our AI models, ensuring quick, reliable, and cost-efficient production workloads at scale.

You’ll own model-serving, GPU clusters, and the tooling that makes deployment and observability seamless. You’ll collaborate with researchers and platform engineers, own incidents, and drive cost-aware performance improvements.
