Landmark Developments is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to own contract administration across landmark projects—from procurement through to final accounts. You’ll work with the Project Manager and Site Team to ensure commercial and contractual control across the build.
The role requires proven CA or Senior CA experience in commercial construction, solid understanding of head contracts and subcontracts, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.
