Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and developing online courses and digital learning content.
- Proficiency with various e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and user experience (UX) principles in learning.
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaborative skills for remote teamwork.
