Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with the B2B Marketing Lead and Commercial team to develop strategic marketing plans for key wholesale partners
- Lead end-to-end execution of omnichannel marketing initiatives, including localised campaigns, events and in-store activations
- Collaborate with local, regional and global teams for cohesive execution across consumer touchpoints
- Build strong relationships with wholesale partners to elevate On’s presence in the market




- Analyze campaign and account performance, consumer insights and industry trends to refine plans
- Manage campaign and activation budgets, and work with agencies, vendors, KOLs and influencers
- 5+ years of experience in brand, retail, wholesale or partner marketing
- Strong understanding of wholesale, retail and consumer marketing ecosystems
- Ability to connect brand storytelling to commercial outcomes
- Experience supporting global brand campaign rollouts
