About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Sanitation Coordinator to manage and oversee cleaning standards across various sites from a remote location. This position is crucial for ensuring consistent hygiene protocols, coordinating cleaning schedules, and monitoring compliance through virtual means and site reports. You will act as a key liaison between on-site teams and management, troubleshooting issues and implementing best practices. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a strong understanding of sanitation principles, able to effectively manage responsibilities without direct on-site supervision. Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain sanitation policies and procedures applicable across multiple sites.
- Coordinate with on-site cleaning teams and supervisors to ensure daily cleaning tasks are executed effectively.
- Monitor cleaning performance through reports, virtual checks, and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide guidance and support to on-site teams on best practices and compliance requirements.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sanitation management, cleaning supervision, or facilities management.
- Strong understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and health & safety standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in using remote communication and project management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
