Carinity Laidley is seeking casual Registered Nurses to support our residential aged care team. You will work both independently and with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred, high-quality clinical care to residents.
You will mentor Personal Carers and Enrolled Nurses, review and update care plans with the team, manage medications, ensure compliance with aged care standards, and foster a safe, inclusive workplace while building relationships with residents and families.
