This role partners with customers to drive measurable value, delivering and scaling EI products and solutions across geographies and sectors. You will work with product and sales teams to communicate effectively, reduce churn and support renewals.
You will coach customers, deliver demos and trainings, and help drive Mastercard EI adoption with internal stakeholders to maximize customer value.
