About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned and strategic Key Account Manager to join their team in Queenstown, Eastern Cape .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, fostering robust, long-term relationships.
- Develop strategic account plans to meet and exceed client objectives and sales targets.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively seek feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in key account management or a similar client-facing sales role.




- Proven success in managing large client accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to propose effective solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and account management best practices.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Queenstown .
