This is a rare chance to step into an Area Manager role within a growing retail network, at a stage where the business is opening new stores and moving into new markets. Reporting to theRegionalManager, you will lead a portfolio of stores through your Store Managers, with direct input into how the area grows from here. You will have real influence over commercial decisions and store level strategy, not only execution. What You'll Own

- Leading and coaching Store Managers across your portfolio to lift sales,profitand customer experience
- Driving commercial performance through clear action plans and regular business reviews
- Partnering with theRegionalManagerand Support Office on new store openings and market expansion




- Managing workforce planning,rosteringandlabourproductivity across all stores in your area
- Overseeing operational standards,complianceand loss prevention across the portfolio
- Coaching Store Managers through floor walks and in store sellingbehaviours
- Building talent pipelines and supporting succession planning for future store leaders
- Partnering with Visual Merchandising, HR, Finance and Planning teams to support business outcomes
- Leading safety and risk practices across all stores in your area

Who Thrives Here

- Proven experience leading multiple retail stores or ahigh volumeretail portfolio
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, comfortable reading numbers and turning them into action
- A coaching mindset, with genuine interest in developing Store Managers into future leaders
- Comfortable working in a fast growing, founder minded retail workplace
- Background in apparel, fashion or specialty retail highly regarded
- Confident partnering across HR, Finance, Planning and Visual Merchandising teams
