Bailey Nelson is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our brand-current Hawthorn store opening early November 2026. This full-time role reports to the Store Manager and Optometrist, focused on delivering an exceptional customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispensing.
You'll lead the team two days a week, coach staff, manage the appointment book, and drive performance as we expand across ANZ. The right candidate brings retail or optics leadership experience and a passion for service.
