About the Role

Our client, a growing recruitment consultancy, is looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Queenstown . This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity for a motivated individual eager to learn the recruitment industry. You will work closely with experienced consultants to source, screen, and engage with candidates, primarily focusing on entry-level and graduate positions for their clients across the Eastern Cape. This hybrid role offers a blend of office-based learning and remote flexibility, providing a fantastic foundation for a career in talent acquisition within a supportive and collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for graduate and entry-level positions.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments over the phone or via video calls.
- Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and timely information.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support recruitment consultants with administrative tasks and research.




- Learn and apply recruitment best practices and industry knowledge.

Requirements

- Recent graduate with a relevant degree (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Psychology) or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional phone manner.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a hybrid work model.
- Basic understanding of MS Office Suite and eagerness to learn new software.
