Magic Eden’s Dicey platform is hiring a founding member of Risk, Trading and Operations to serve as the commercial pit boss for our sportsbook and casino. You’ll own pre-match and live exposure, balancing margin with customer experience.

You will monitor risk in real time, profile players, review bets, manage market adjustments, and coordinate with Trading, VIP, Product and Support to escalate incidents to the Risk Manager.
