Arkana College is seeking an experienced and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our vibrant school community. The position will be full-time and will commence from Term 1, 2027.

Key responsibilities

- Plan and facilitate engaging lessons
- Assess and monitor student progress, as well as providing meaningful feedback
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Support holistic learning and development
- Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management
- Integrate ICT effectively into teaching and learning
- Collaborate with peers and contribute to school programs
- Develop programs, aligned with the NSW syllabuses (NESA)

About you

- Relevant teaching qualifications
- Current NESA accreditation
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Robust knowledge of the primary curriculum




- Proven classroom management and student engagement skills
- Commitment to student wellbeing and cultural inclusivity
- Willingness to uphold the Islamic ethos of the school
